Vesting of Watercourse in the Waitara Borough Council.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by section sixty-five of the Public Health Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that that portion of the watercourse known as the Waiongona Stream, from the source thereof to a point half a mile below the intake of the water-supply of the Waitara Borough Council, and all the tributaries thereof, shall be placed under the control of the Waitara Borough Council.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
