And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Consenting to stopping a Road in Block VI, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of October, 1915.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor, by Order in Council gazetted, is obtained:

And whereas the Rodney County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the road described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Rodney County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road permitted to be stopped:—

1 1 4·4, adjoining or passing through Sections 81, 95.
5 0 1·3 " Section 15.

Situated in Kourawhero Parish (S.O. 17371), Block VI, Mahurangi Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38615. deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
