on which they are conveyed to the quarantine-station, or the
fittings used in connection with such stock, or the effects of

Veterinary Certificate authorizing the Release of Live-stock
from Quarantine.

stock, are free from all infectious and contagious diseases,
and may be safely removed from quarantine.
