REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waikare D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Friday, the 22nd day of October, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Maraea Ngakuru at the price of £1 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukehuia 2F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Thursday, the 21st day of October, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to John Whitefield, jun., for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-five years and 5 per cent. of unimproved valuation for balance of term.”

“ That the said land be sold to Tuku Poto Peita for the sum of £1 per acre.”

“ That the said land be sold to George Murray, of Whangape, for the sum of 15s. per acre.”

“ That the said land be leased to John Moa Harris for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years and 4s. per acre for the balance of the term, with the option to purchase at unimproved Government valuation.”

“ That the said land be sold to Hone Waipuna, of Kaikohe, for the sum of £3 per acre, or the present Government valuation.”

“ That the said land be sold to Mate Alach for the sum of £12 per acre, or at the present Government valuation.”
