REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhanga No. 16 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Monday, the 4th day of October, 1915, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1 per acre.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kakepuku 9B 3B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Awamutu on Monday, the 4th day of October, 1915, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :—

“(1.) That the land be sold to Robert Webster for the sum of £3 per acre.

“(2.) That the land be sold to F. and R. Phillips for the sum of £3 per acre.”

“That the land be sold to Thomas Kelly for the sum of £3 per acre.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 33C 3B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 4th day of October, 1915, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be leased to Thomas Douglas Baillie for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first seven years, 2s. 6d. per acre during the next seven years, 3s. per acre during the next seven years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during remaining twenty-one years.”
