- The licensee shall be liable for any injury which the said wharf may cause any vessel or boat to sustain through any default or neglect on his part.
- In case the licensee shall—
(1.) Commit or suffer a breach of the conditions hereinbefore set forth, or any of them; or
(2.) Cease to use or occupy the said wharf for a period of thirty days; or
(3.) Fail to pay the sums specified in clause three of these conditions,—
then and in any of the said cases this Order in Council, and every right, power, or privilege, may be revoked and determined by the Governor in Council, without any notice to the licensee or other proceedings whatsoever; and publication in the New Zealand Gazette of an Order in Council containing such revocation shall be sufficient notice to the licensee, and to all persons concerned or interested, that this Order in Council, and the license, rights, and privileges thereby granted and conferred have been revoked and determined. - The erection of the said wharf shall be sufficient evidence of the acceptance by the licensee of the terms and conditions of this Order in Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of September, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 47, of the tenth day of the same month, the Waima Timber Company (Limited) was licensed to occupy a part of the foreshore of the Waima River, Hokianga Harbour, as a site for timber-booms for a period of fourteen years :
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said license and the rights and privileges thereby conferred :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and the rights and privileges thereby conferred, as from the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Revoking License for Occupation of Foreshore at Rawene.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of September, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 82, of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, Frank Ramsay, Benjamin Ramsay, and Charles Eyes, trading under the style or title of “Ramsay Brothers and Eyes,” were licensed to occupy a part of the foreshore of Hokianga Harbour at Rawene as a site for a boat-shed and slip for a period of fourteen years :
And whereas the said license was, with the consent of the Minister of Marine, transferred to the Waima Timber Company (Limited), (hereinafter called “the company”) :
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said license and the rights and privileges thereby conferred :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and six, and the rights and privileges thereby conferred, as from the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Savings-bank.—Interest-bearing Deposits by the University of New Zealand.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon him by section seventy-seven of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe that the limitation of the amount of interest-bearing deposits in the Post Office Savings-bank, as fixed by the said section seventy-seven as amended by section four of the Post and Telegraph Amendment Act, 1913, shall not apply to deposits of the University of New Zealand (being a non-mercantile society within the meaning of the said section seventy-seven).

Vesting Management of Maraetai Wharf in Manukau County Council and prescribing Dues for its Use.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 56, of the seventeenth day of the same month, the management of the Maraetai Wharf, erected in accordance with plan marked M.D. 2121, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, was vested in the Maraetai Road Board, and dues and rates were prescribed for the use of the said wharf :
And whereas the said Road Board having been merged in the Manukau County Council (hereinafter called “the Council”), it is desirable to vest the said wharf in the Council and to prescribe dues and rates for the use of the said wharf :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and doth hereby vest the management of the said wharf in the Council upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto; and doth hereby prescribe that the dues and rates specified in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and from the date of this Order in Council, be taken and charged by the Council for the use of the said wharf.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
CONDITIONS OF MANAGEMENT.

IN these conditions the term “Minister” means the Minister of Marine as defined by the Shipping and Seamen Act, 1908, and includes any officer, person, or authority acting by or under the direction of such Minister.

All His Majesty’s subjects shall, at all reasonable times, have free and full liberty to use the above-mentioned wharf, and rights of ingress and egress thereto and therefrom, including ingress and egress through the shed erected on the said wharf; provided that goods stored in the shed shall be liable to such storage rates as may be prescribed by the Governor in Council.
