Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
Kohua Block.
SECTION 3, Block VIII, and Section 20, Block XI, Totoro Survey District: Area, 667 acres 1 rood 20 perches.
As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/48, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this fourteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/46, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Lands proclaimed as a Road in Block X, Opihi Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessees and mortgagees of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Geraldine Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
4 acres 2 roods 36 perches, portion of Section 1, Rapuwai Settlement. Coloured red on plan.
3 acres 0 roods 28 perches. portion of Section 2, Rapuwai Settlement. Coloured yellow on plan.
Situated in Block X, Opihi Survey District.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19240/58, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
