Weighted with £200, valuation for improvements comprising iron shanty, felling and grassing, and 26 chains of fencing.

Altitude, 300 ft. to 2,000 ft. above sea-level. Broken country; 240 acres cleared and grassed, but 140 acres of this is somewhat overgrown; balance of section covered with heavy mixed forest comprising tawa, rimu, rata, tawai, tawhero, miro, and hinau, with moderate undergrowth of raurekau, rangiora, supplejack, &c.
