And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ (thirty-six and a half) years, or until the loan is fully paid off. The rate of interest to be 4½ per cent.

HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL.
COPY OF RESOLUTION MAKING A SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Horowhenua County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £600, authorized to be raised by the Horowhenua County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for road-construction, the said Horowhenua County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eight twenty-fifths (8/25ths) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Potts Road Special District, comprising Lots 6B, 6A, 7, 4, part 5, 2 & 3, Woodclyffe Estate; Sec. 14, 40, part 46, Man.-Kuk. 3 1A; parts 1 to 4 & 19, 3, 4, 5, & 6, of Secs. 17/19, Blocks XIV & XV, Mt. Robinson, and III, Waiopenu S.D. And that special rate be annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Horowhenua County Council held on 10th April, 1915.
