REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pokohu C No. 1a will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matata on Friday, the 24th day of September, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Poito No. 8 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore on Wednesday, the 6th day of October, 1915, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the said land, by way of lease to J. H. D. Rutledge and Charles F. Scott, shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaroa will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Maungaroa on Thursday, the 7th day of October, 1915, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Amy Christina Moore, shall be agreed to.

“(2.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Philip Moore, shall be agreed to.

“(3.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Sarah Emma Jane Spence, shall be agreed to.

“(4.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Mabel Spence, shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Torere No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Torere on Saturday, the 9th day of October, 1915, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Henare Tamati Pokiha, shall be agreed to.

“(2.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Tere Rewharewha, shall be agreed to.

“(3.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Tiri Maxwell, shall be agreed to.

“(4.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said land, by way of lease to Te Whareparoa Rewharewha, shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otioro and Te Topuni A 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Helensville on Friday, the 10th day of September, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Ernest Hawkins Little, of Auckland, Auctioneer, at the amount of special Government valuation.”
