Prohibitions.—Bullion exceeding £5 in value, oilskins and similar goods. St. Vincent.
{ Prohibitions.—Arms (except revolvers of calibre less than ·44), air-guns, nitrate of potash, saltpetre, apparatus for coining money; and, in addition, via London, bullion exceeding £5 in value, oilskins and similar goods. Observations.—Parcels are liable to a charge on delivery of one centavo for each 4 oz., with a minimum of five centavos. Salvador.
Prohibitions.—Same as New Zealand, except that parcels cannot be insured. Samoa (Apia) (Upolu and Savaii).

Observations.—No compensation is paid in respect of loss or damage of uninsured parcels or their contents. Sarawak.

Observations.—Senegal Proper.—Insurance confined to parcels for Dagana, Dakar, Diourbel, Fatick, Foudiougne, Gorée, Goumbo-Guéoul, Kafrine, Kaolack, Kébemer Kella, Khombol, Louga, M'Bamhey, M'Pal, N'Dande, N'Gaye Mekhé, Pire-Gouréye, Podor, Rufisque, Saint Louis, Sédhiou, Thiès, Tivaouane, and Ziguinchor. Free delivery is confined to Carabane, Dagana, Dakar, Diourbel, Fatick, Gorée, Gossas, Goumbo-Guéoul, Guinguinéo, Kafrine, Kébemer, Kedougou, Kelle, Khombol, Louga, M'Bamhey, M'Pal, N'Dande, N'Gaye Mekhé, Pire-Gouréye, Podor, Richard Toll, Rufisque, Saint Louis, Sédhiou, Thiès, Tivaouane, Ziguinchor. Parcels for Aéré, Bakel, Cascas, D'ambour, Diourbel, Fissel, Foudiougne, Joal, Kaolack, Kolda, Maka-Colybentan, Malem, Matam, M'Bangol, M'Bour, Nianing, Nioro Rip, Salde, Sénou-doubo, Sine, Toul, and Vélingara are liable to a charge for delivery. Parcels are accepted for all places, but they must be claimed at one of the places mentioned above. Upper Senegal and Niger (French Soudan).—Uninsured parcels only. The service extends to Asongo, Badougou, Bafoulabé, Bamako, Bamako-Koulouba, Bamba, Bandiagara, Bobo, Bougouni, Boulal, Bourem, Dedougou, Diapaga, Diebougou, Djenné, Djibo, Dori, Dogondoutchi, Fada N'Gourma, Gao, Gaoua, Gaya, Goudam, Goumbou, Gouré, Kabara, Kati, Kayes, Kiffa, Kita, Koulikoro, Koutiala, Madaoua, Maine-Soroa, Médine, Mopti, N'Guigmi, Niafounké, Niamey, Nioro, Ouaghadougou, Ouahigouya, San, Satagoudou, Say, Segou, Sikasso, Sofara, Sokolo, Tera, Tessaoa, Tillaberry, Tombouctou, Toukoto, Yako, Yéni, and Zinder. Parcels are accepted for any place; but the addressees must arrange for them to be claimed at the nearest delivery office; the name of that office must be included in the address. Parcels addressed to all places are liable to charges for delivery. Senegal and Upper Senegal and Niger (French Soudan).
