NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
TAKE notice that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, who carried on business as “Booth Bros.,” of Waitati, Timber Merchants, has been dissolved by the retirement of Charles Booth therefrom. The business will still be carried on by Messrs. J. and D. Booth, under the style of “J. & D. Booth.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of the provisions of section 302 of the Companies Act, 1908, that Brennans Amphitheatres (Limited) propose to commence and carry on business in the Dominion of New Zealand, and that the company’s office or place of business in the City of Wellington will be situated at No. 155 Lambton Quay, in the City of Wellington.

I, KARL OTTO GAETH, of Burnley Terrace, Mount Eden, Farmer, do hereby give notice that by deed-poll executed by me this day, a counterpart whereof is forthwith to be enrolled of record in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, at Auckland, I have for ever renounced and abandoned the said name, and assumed and adopted the Christian name “Charles” and the surname “Vickery” to the end and intent that I shall be hereafter known by the name CHARLES VICKERY and by no other name.

HAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Hamilton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of fifteen hundred pounds (£1,500), authorized to be raised by the Hamilton Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for altering and improving the saleyards at Hamilton West, and erecting a caretaker’s cottage at or near the said saleyards, the said Hamilton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one forty-fourth of a penny in the pound (£1) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Hamilton, comprising the whole of the Borough of Hamilton; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-two years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council held on the 8th day of January, 1915.

COUNTY OF BRUCE.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Bruce County Council held on the 1st day of October, 1914, the following resolution was confirmed:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £125, authorized to be raised by the Bruce County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of formation and metalling Blackie’s Road, Matau Riding, the Bruce County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-eighths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in that part of Matau Riding comprising Section 4, part Section 5, Section 6, Block V, Matau, Lot 7, Crescent, Matau Survey District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of said loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of February and the 1st August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RICCARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Riccarton Borough Council resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £155, being portion of ten per centum on a loan of £1,585, authorized to be raised by the Waimairi County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the completion of asphalting, the said Riccarton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three thirty-seconds of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property bounded on the west by Straven Road, on the south by Riccarton Road, 9½ chains west to Mandeville Road, on the south side of Riccarton Road from the north railway-line, on the east by the north railway-line, on the north by the River Avon; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 30th day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL.
COPY OF RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE re THE KIOKIO LOAN OF £5,000, FOR REFORMING, CULVERTING, AND METALLING THE OTOROHANGA–KIHIKIHI ROAD, THE KIOKIO ROAD, AND PORTIONS OF THE PUKETARATA AND MANGAORONGO ROADS, WITHIN THE KIOKIO SPECIAL-RATING AREA.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £5,000, authorized to be raised by the Waitomo County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for reforming, culverting, and metalling the Otorohanga–Kihihihi Road, the Kiokio Road, and portions of the Puketarata and Mangaorongo Roads, within the Kiokio Special-rating Area, the said Waitomo County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of twopence and five-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property within the Kiokio Special-rating Area, comprising all that property within the following boundaries: Commencing at the north-east corner of Section 3, Block XIII, Puniu, near the county boundary; thence along the northern boundary of the said section to the railway-line; thence along the railway-line in a southerly direction to the Waipa River; thence along the Waipa River in an easterly direction to the south-west corner of section Mohoanui-Wharereima; thence along the southern boundary of the said section in an easterly direction to the north-west corner of Section Mangawhero No. 2A; thence along the northern boundary of Mangawhero No. 2A, Mangawhero No. 1, to the north-east corner of Mangawhero No. 1; thence in an easterly direction to the north-west corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 33, taking half of Section Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 29 (Hikurangi); thence in a northerly direction along the southern boundary of Haupapa No. 27 to the county boundary; thence along the county boundary in a north-westerly direction to the starting-point. And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, paid yearly on the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
