Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Sections 3 and 4, Block II, Te Puru Township (Block X, Kawhia North Survey District). Bounded towards the north-east by Sections 5, 22, and 23, Block II, Te Puru Township, 385·8 links; towards the south-east by Sections 26, 25, and 24, Block II aforesaid, 210·2 links; towards the south-west by Section 2, Block II aforesaid, 319·2 links; and towards the north-west by Hoturoa Street, 200 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/629D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 12397, blue.) As an addition to a site for a public hospital.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 roods, more or less, being Sections 8 and 9, Block II, Te Puru Township (Block X, Kawhia North Survey District). Bounded towards the north-cast by Section 10, Block II, Te Puru Township, 250 links; towards the south-east by Section 20 of the aforesaid block, 200 links; towards the south-west by Taui Street, 250 links ; and towards the north-west by Hoturoa Street, 200 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/629E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 12397, blue.) For a site for a public school.

Opening National Endowment Land in Otago Land District for Selection.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the national endowment land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Tuesday, the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—VINCENT COUNTY.—BANNOCKBURN SURVEY DISTRICT.
First-class Land.
SECTION 6, Block IV : Area, 72 acres 2 roods 4 perches. Capital value, £80 ; half-yearly rent, £l 12s. Weighted with £65 12s. 8d., valuation for improvements consisting of fencing and grassing.
Situated about four miles and a half from Bannockburn Post-office, and eight miles and a half from the Town of Cromwell. About 25 acres good land, remainder inferior in quality. Soil light loam, on gravel and pipeclay formation.
