Situated in Block II, Karioi Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33878, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Road in Block XIII, Pouatu Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirty-first day of August, 1914.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared a Government road: 1 rood 38 perches, being part Ohura Road adjoining Section 27, Crown land and railway reserve; 34 perches, being part Ohura Road adjoining Sections 27 and 30 and railway reserve.
Situated in Block XIII, Pouatu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36191, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Extension of Time for Preparation of County Rolls, &c., County of Waimea.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this thirty-first day of August, 1914.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the preparation of the rolls for the County of Waimea, and the taking of certain steps consequent on such preparation, cannot be made and taken within the times mentioned in the Counties Act, 1908, as amended by the Counties Amendment Act, 1913, and it is expedient to extend the said times respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said Counties Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the several dates mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be the respective dates for taking the several steps set out in the said Schedule.

For preparing the rolls for the ridings within the County of Waimea: Until the 31st day of August, 1914.

Time for which such list and rolls shall be open to public inspection: From the 5th day of September, 1914, to the 15th day of September, 1914.

Time for lodging objections against the said rolls: Until the 1st day of October, 1914.

Time when the said rolls shall come into force: On the 7th day of October, 1914.
