Bounded towards the westward and north-westward by Crown land, and towards the eastward and south-eastward by other part of Reserve No. 11 (in red); as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19451, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Newcastle Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Newcastle Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 14·3 perches (red), portion of Section 78, Block XI; 5 acres 2 roods 21·8 perches (yellow), portion of Sections 77 and 78, Block XI; 1 acre 1 rood 27·6 perches (blue), portion of Section 76, Blocks XI and XV.

Situated in Newcastle Survey District, Horotiu Parish (17530, blue).

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35326 and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.
