Certain Lands included in City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a petition, publicly notified, has been presented to me under section one hundred and nineteen of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, by the Council of the City of Wellington, praying me to alter the boundaries of the City of Wellington so as to include therein the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto, being lands that ought reasonably to be included in the said city, and in respect of which there are no electors:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the said city are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said city the lands described in the said Schedule hereto, being lands that ought reasonably to be included in the said city, and in respect of which there are no electors.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area covered by the waters of Port Nicholson and surrounding concrete walls adjoining Clyde Quay, City of Wellington, and containing approximately 1 acre, known as the Te Aro Baths.
Also all that area covered by the waters of Port Nicholson adjoining Thorndon Esplanade, City of Wellington, and containing approximately 2 roods, known as the Thorndon Baths.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this first day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Districts constituted under the Marriage Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in the Governor by the Marriage Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing marriage district known as the Pukekohe District, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said district is hereby divided anew into two marriage districts, the names and boundaries whereof shall be as follows:-
PUKEKOHE DISTRICT.
All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north generally by the northern boundaries of Puni, Pukekohe, and Mangatawhiri Parishes, from the Mauku Stream to the junction of roads at the eastern corner of Allotment No. 51, Mangatawhiri Parish; thence by the road forming the southern boundary of that allotment, the road forming part of the eastern boundary of Allotment No. 73, and the eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 25, 24, and 23, to the northernmost corner of Allotment No. 22; thence by Allotments Nos. 22, 46, 45, 44, 43, 42, and 41, Mangatawhiri Parish, to the western boundary of that parish; thence by the said Mangatawhiri Parish to and across the Waikato River and by the left bank of that river to the mouth of the Opuatia Stream; thence by the said Opuatia Stream to the northern boundary of Allotment No. 8, Opuatia Parish; thence towards the south generally by the said Allotment No. 8 to the Opuatia Stream, and by that stream to its confluence with the Mangatea Stream; thence by the Mangatea Stream to the northern boundary of Whangape Parish, and by that boundary to the north-eastern corner of Allotment No. 104, Whangape Parish, in Block XIV, Onewhero Survey District; thence by the eastern and southern boundaries of that allotment and the southern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 108, 103, and 106, Whangape Parish, to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned allotment; thence by a right line running due west to the sea; thence towards the north-west by the sea to the mouth of the Waikato River and by the left bank of that river to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Waiuku East Parish; thence by
