WELLINGTON, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1914.

Prize Courts.—Claim for Release of British and Neutral Cargo.

IT is hereby notified that all persons having any interest in cargoes, other than enemy cargoes, laden on enemy ships captured as prizes, and requiring a release of such cargoes or portions of cargoes, should make inquiries in Wellington at the office of His Majesty’s Attorney-General for New Zealand. The Attorney-General will require proof of ownership and particulars as to freight, whether paid or unpaid.
