Such additional allowances for printed copies for the Judge or
Registrar, and for counsel, are not to be made where written copies
have been made previously to printing, and are not in any case to be
made more than once in the progress of the cause.
Close copies, whether printed, typed, or written, are not to be
allowed as of course, but the allowance is to depend on the propriety
of making or sending the copies, which in each case is to be shown
and considered by the taxing officer.
