Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of
Tihoi No. 3 Tahorakuri No. 9
Waihaha No. 3D Tauri
Waihaha No. 3E Tutukau West
Tahorakuri No. 5 Tutukau East
Tahorakuri No. 6 Tauhara Middle
Tahorakuri No. 8
will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taupo on Wednesday, the 16th day of September, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said owners do enter into a contract with the Wellington Industrial Development Company (Limited) to sell so much and such portions of the said blocks as may be determined on at such meeting to persons procured by the said company or its assigns who may lawfully acquire the same. The price to be paid to the Natives for the lands so sold to be such as may be determined at such meeting, and such sale to be subject to such terms and conditions as may be decided upon at such meeting or as may be agreed upon between the Board, on behalf of the owners, and the company."
In the event of the foregoing resolution being passed a further resolution will be proposed that, in order to enable the said contract to be given effect to, the said lands to be transferred by the Board, acting on behalf of the owners, to the Public Trustee, to be held by him upon trust for the owners, but subject to the performance of the said contract.

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakere No. 1B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Saturday, the 19th day of September, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That 210 acres of the said land be leased to Albert George Heighway, of Auckland, settler, for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 3s. 3d. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on then unimproved Government valuation for balance of term."

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukeatua A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Saturday, the 19th day of September, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the land be leased to T. McIndoe for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of £30 for the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on valuation for balance of term."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otara No. 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Saturday, the 19th day of September, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be leased to Mary Paenganui for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 9d. per acre for first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on unimproved valuation for balance of term."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ounuwhao No. 1B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Dargaville on Monday, the 28th day of September, 1914, at 7 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be leased to Thomas Henry Wells for a term of twenty years at an annual rental of £19, payable annually in advance."
