FINE UNDER SECTION 21.

WHEREAS , of , was, on the day of
, 191 , adjudged by the Native Land Court, sit-
ting at , to have committed the offence of con-
tempt of Court under section 21 of “The Native Land
Act, 1909,” and was thereupon sentenced, in accordance
with the provisions of that section, to pay a fine of ,
or in default of payment to be imprisoned for a period of
days: And whereas default has been made in the
payment of the said fine:
