WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Class B.—Pastoral Agricultural Lands, being Lands adapted in part for Pasturage and in part for Agricultural Purposes, but suitable for subdivision in Areas not exceeding 5,000 Acres.

Run 70.

ALL that parcel of land, containing by estimation 11,350 acres of Crown land, situated in the Mataketake and Okuru Survey Districts, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the north bank of the Haast River about eight miles and a quarter from the mouth, and thence in a general north-easterly direction for a distance of about six miles and a half along the north-west side of the Mataketake Range; thence in a north-westerly direction along the course of Copper-mine Creek to a point about 10 chains due east of the south-east corner of Section 880; thence along the southern boundary of Section 880; thence due south along the eastern boundary of Section 2528; thence along the southern boundary of Section 2528; thence along the western boundary of Section 2528 to its northern corner; thence in a general north-westerly direction for a distance of 100 chains; thence in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 410 chains, passing through Trig. P.C. to a point on the north bank of the Haast River about two miles from its mouth; thence along the northern bank of the Haast River to the starting-point: save and excepting Reserves 121A and 1069, and Sections 2666, 2667, 2664, 2658, 2659, 2657, 2656, 2654, 2655, 2653, 2660, 2661, and 2662.

All that piece of land, containing by estimation 13,500 acres, situated in the Cascade Survey District, bounded as follows: Starting at a point due east off Mount Delta at the junction of the northern boundary of Run 452, and thence in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 110 chains, crossing the Main South Road and Cascade River, to the mouth of Dribble Creek; thence up the course of Dribble Creek for a distance of about 50 chains; thence in a general northerly direction for a distance of about five miles to Mount Beta; thence in a general north-westerly direction to the junction of the southern boundary of Run 68 a distance of about 180 chains, following along the southern boundary of that run, through Mount Alpha, for a distance of 130 chains to the junction of the eastern boundary of Run 67; thence along the southern boundary of Run 67 for a distance of 225 chains to the junction of the eastern boundary of Run 59; thence following down the northern bank of the Cascade River a distance of about 140 chains, crossing then to the south bank of the same river, and returning up along the said south bank for a distance of 190 chains; thence in a general southerly direction along the boundary of Run 69, a distance of about 290 chains, to the starting-point: save and excepting Section 2530 and 500 acres of land reserved for settlement situated at the junction of Laschelles Creek and Martyr River.

Run 48.

All that parcel of land, containing by estimation 8,450 acres, being Crown land, situated in the Abbey Rocks and Arnott Survey Districts, bounded as follows: Commencing at Trig. L.N. for a distance of 260 chains generally due west; thence in a general south-
