REGULATION NO. 48. REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moerangi No. 1E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 3rd day of September, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That part of the land, containing 1,500 acres, be sold to Arthur Cooper for the amount of the Government valuation, not to be less than £1 15s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Owhaoko A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Friday, the 11th day of September, 1914, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
