In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of "The Kisselton Co-operative Society."
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named society by the Supreme Court was on the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, presented to Mr. Justice Denniston, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by George William Moorehead, a member of the said society. And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at the hour of 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said society desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said society under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Thompson (Cash Cycle Depot)," has been dissolved as from the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen. All debts due and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by HENRY HOWARD GAUDIN, who will continue to carry on the said business under the same firm-names as heretofore.

The said JOHN KERSHAW is taking over the Partnership business, and will be responsible for all existing liabilities.
