Additional Land at Auckland taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Auckland, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Land set apart in Block III, Maungamangero Survey District, for the Purposes of Workmen's Huts.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is Crown land, and is required to be set apart for the purposes of workmen's huts in Block III, Maungamangero Survey District:
And whereas by section twenty-one of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that whenever any Crown land is required to be set apart for any public work the Governor may at any time by Proclamation set the same apart for such public work, without complying with any of the provisions of that Act in respect of the taking or setting-apart of other lands for such purpose:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the said workmen's huts; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 15 acres 1 rood.
Section 9, Block III, Maungamangero Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35741, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this third day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Stopping a Government Road in Block X, Ngamatea Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.
