Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaroa No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Thursday, the 6th day of August, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Tiri Maxwell shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Hirini Heeki shall be agreed to.
“ (3.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Hutita Waititi shall be agreed to.
“ (4.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Joe Manuel shall be agreed to.
“ (5.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Keita Tanu Pokiha shall be agreed to.
“ (6.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Henare Tamati Pokiha shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waikawa No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Thursday, the 6th day of August, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation by way of lease to William Innocent Petchell, Edward Hounsfield Barber, and James Little shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Omaio on Wednesday, the 5th day of August, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Ethel Winifred Bain shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to William Hall shall be agreed to.
“ (3.) That a proposed alienation of part of the said block by way of lease to Charles Otto Hansen shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation by way of sale to Elsie Ruth Eddowes shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation by way of sale to Sarah Phillips shall be agreed to.”
