towards the south-west by the sea to a point in line with the
eastern boundary of Section No. 3, Block XXIII, Jacob’s
River Hundred; thence towards the west generally by a line
to and by the eastern boundary of the said Section No. 3,
by the road forming the western boundaries of Sections
Nos. 13 and 11, and the road forming the northern boundaries
of Sections Nos. 11 and 12 to the north-eastern corner of the
last-mentioned section; thence across the said road and by
Section No. 14, Block XII, Jacob’s River Hundred, to its
northernmost corner; thence by the roads forming the
south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Flint’s Bush
Township to the south-western corner of Section No. 31;
thence by the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections
Nos. 10 and 3, Block XII aforesaid, and Sections Nos. 15, 16,
17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, Block XI,
to the north-western corner of Section No. 30; thence by
the road forming the northern boundary of that section to
the Waimatuku Stream, by that stream to the road forming
the southern boundary of Section No. 18, Block XV, Jacob’s
River Hundred; thence by that road and the road forming
the north-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 13, 12, 11,
30, 29, 28, 27, 26, and 25, Block XV aforesaid, to the western
boundary of Section No. 36; thence by the western bound-
ary of that section, part of the western boundary of Sec-
tion No. 67, Oreti Hundred, and the road forming part of
the northern boundary of that section to a point in line
with the north-western boundary of Section No. 70; thence
across a road and by the north-western boundary of that
section to the place of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
UPPER SUBDIVISION.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District bounded to-
wards the north-east and east generally by the north-eastern
and eastern boundaries of Waimatuku River District herein-
before described; towards the south by Subdivision No. 2
hereinbefore described; and towards the west generally
by the western boundary of the said Waimatuku River
District.
MIDDLE SUBDIVISION.
All that area in the Southland Land District bounded to-
wards the north by the road forming the northern boundary

of Section No. 30, Block XI, Jacob’s River Hundred, from the
north-western corner of that section to the Waimatuku
Stream, across that stream, and by the road forming the
southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 25, 69, 182, and 95,
Oreti Hundred, to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 54,
New River Hundred; thence towards the east generally
by the eastern boundary of the Waimatuku River District
hereinbefore described to Subdivision No. 1 hereinbefore
described; thence towards the south by the said Subdivision
No. 1; and towards the west generally by the western boundary
of the said river district to the place of commencement.

LOWER SUBDIVISION.
All that area in the Southland Land District bounded to-
wards the north generally by the Main Road forming the
northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 11, 12, 14, and 29,
in Block XXIV, Jacob’s River Hundred, and the production
of that road south-easterly through the Town of Waimatuku,
and forming the southern boundaries of Section No. 1 of 29,
Block XII, Jacob’s River Hundred, Section No. 3, Block XII,
New River Hundred, and Sections Nos. 5, 6, and 7, Block XI,
to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 12; thence to-
wards the east generally by the eastern boundary of the Wai-
matuku River District hereinbefore described to the sea;
thence towards the south-west by the sea to a point in line
with the eastern boundary of Section No. 3, Block XXIII,
Jacob’s River Hundred; and thence towards the west gen-
erally by the western boundary of the Waimatuku River
District hereinbefore described to the place of commencement.
