Customs Regulations.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of
June, 1914.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by
the Customs Act, 1913 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”),
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby make the following regulations and appoint the ports herein-
after mentioned for the purposes set forth.
REGULATIONS.
CITATION.
- THESE regulations may be cited as the Customs Regulations, and shall,
except where hereinafter provided, come into force on the date of the
publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
INTERPRETATION.
- In these regulations “authority” means the authority of a Collector
of Customs, or of an officer of Customs.
FORMS.

The forms prescribed in these regulations are those in the Second
Schedule hereto. -
In cases where the forms revoked by these regulations differ from
those prescribed thereby, the Comptroller may permit the continuance of
the use of any of the first-mentioned forms, so far as consistent with the
said Act, up to and inclusive of the 31st day of December, 1914, or until
such further time as he may in any particular case permit.
