SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 acres, more or less, being Section 154, Block II, Tapapa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Tower Road; towards the south-east by Sections 152 and 153, Block II, Tapapa Survey District; towards the south-west by Tawa Street; and towards the north-west by Block XI, Matamata Township.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 7 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section 155, Block II, Tapapa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Block XVIII, Matamata Township, the abutment of Rata Street, Block XIX of the aforesaid township, the abutment of Hohaia Street, and Block XVII of the aforesaid township; towards the north-west by Block XVII aforesaid; again towards the north-east by Tawa Street; towards the south-east by Section 84, Block II, Tapapa Survey District; towards the south-west by Section 83 of the aforesaid block; and again towards the north-west by Tainui Street.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/85, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Auckland Plan 13203, blue.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School in Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland Land District.


LIVERPOOL, Governor

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 4 acres, more or less, being Allotment 1 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 785 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 2 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, 686·4 links; towards the south generally by a public road along the Waiomou Stream, 116·9 and 382·7 links; and towards the west generally by the continuation of the aforesaid road, 303·5, 360·5, and 108·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1561, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 17463, blue.)

Bounded towards the north by Sections 24 and 75, Block VII, Whangape Survey District, 811·1 links; towards the east by Section 25 of Block VII aforesaid, 506·3 links; towards the south and again towards the east by Section 78 of the aforesaid block, 125 and 234·4 links respectively; towards the south-east by a public road, 740·4 links; and towards the west by Sections 77 and 24 of the aforesaid block, 1117·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1911/1530A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 17542, blue.) For a public recreation-ground.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 5 acres, more or less, being Section 77, Block VII, Whangape Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 24, Block VII, Whangape Survey District, 532·6 links; towards the east by Section 76, Block VII aforesaid, 821 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 265·4 and 307 links; and towards the west by Section 24 aforesaid, 1013·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1911/1530B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 17542, blue.) For police purposes.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, being Section 13, Block VIII, Mapara Survey District. Bounded towards the south-east generally by the Mapara Stream; towards the south-west by Section 11, Block VIII, Mapara Survey District, 188 links, and by the Kopaki Road, 420·8 links; and towards the north-west generally by the Kopaki Road, 97·8 links, 91·3 links, 329·1 links, 890·3 links, and 700 links, to Mapara Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/6(10), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.

Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, being Section 14, Block VIII, Mapara Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 1, Block VIII, Mapara Survey District, 611·8 links; towards the south-east by Section 1 aforesaid, 576·2 links; towards the south-west by the Mapara Road, 499·8 links and 152·6 links; and towards the north-west by the Aratoro Township Reserve, 580 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. II/28, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a public cemetery.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.

All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Sections 69 to 75 and 82 to 85, inclusive, Town of Edendale, Edendale Settlement. Bounded towards the north-east by Ferry Road, 700 links; towards the south-east by Section 76, Town of Edendale, 250 links; towards the south-west by Section 86, Town of Edendale, 100 links; again towards the south-east by the said Section 86, 250 links; again towards the south-west by Morton Street, 400 links; towards the north-west by Section 81, Town of Edendale, 250 links; again towards the south-west by Sections 81 and 80 of said town, 200 links; and again towards the north-west by Melvin Street, 250 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19299/434, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For public utility.
