In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Lands proclaimed as a Road in Block IX, Tutamoe Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waikohu County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule.

Additional Land near Queenstown taken for the Purposes of the Lake Wakatipu Service.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Lake Wakatipu service to take further land near Queenstown, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said service:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
