Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School in Kakahi Township, Wellington Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section 22, Block III, Kakahi Township. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road, 336·5 links; towards the north-east by Crown lands, 540·88 links; towards the south-east by Crown land, 372·2 links; and towards the south-west by Section 5, 269·35 links, and by the abutment of Best Street, 100 links; again towards the north-west and again towards the south-west by Section 1, 35·96 links and 200 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5315/6, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Lands temporarily reserved for Water-supply Purposes in Block VI, Waikouaiti Survey District, Otago Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for water-supply purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 318 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Section 9, Block VI, Waikouaiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of Sections 4 and 5, Block IV, Hummockside Survey District, 6307 links; towards the east and south-east generally by a public road, 4514 and 267·3 links; again towards the north by a public road, 758 links; again towards the east by said road, 581·7 links, and by part of Section 11, Block VI aforesaid, 3845·9 links; towards the south by Section 8 of said Block VI, 4392·6 links; and towards the west by Section 7 of said block, the crossing of a public road, and again by said Section 7, 7026·5 links: excepting out of the above-described boundaries a public road 100 links wide, for which allowance has been made in the area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 211 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, being Section 10, Block VI, Waikouaiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of Section 5, Block IV, Hummockside Survey District, 3791 links; towards the east by Section 26, Block V, Waikouaiti Survey District, 5159·2 links; towards the south-west generally by a public road, 7349·2 links; and towards the north-west generally by a road reserve and a public road, 4230·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/689, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

LIVERPOOL, Governor
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 18 perches, more or less, being Section 27, Block XI, Mapara Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 24, Block XI, Mapara Survey District, 903·3 links; towards the south-east generally by the Mokauiti Road, 170·1 links, 432·8 links, 76·5 links, 318·7 links; towards the south-west by Mokauiti Road aforesaid, 320·2 links; and towards the west by Section 24 aforesaid, 719·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1726/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a public recreation-ground.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 8 acres and 16 perches, more or less, being Section 1, Block IV, Town of Pipi roa. Bounded towards the north-east by Moehau Street, 900 links; towards the south-east by Hauraki Street, 900 links; towards the south-west by Tainui Street, 900 links; and towards the north-west by Piako Street, 900 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/525, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green. (Auckland Plan 15879, blue.)
