Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Wairere No. 2D No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on
Friday, the 29th day of May, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-
"That the said land be leased to Herbert Halliwell and
Egbert Warmington for a term of fifty years at a rental of 3s.
per acre."

of Mangamuka West No. 3DD will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on
Friday, the 29th day of May, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the fore-
noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-
"That the timber on the said land be sold to Thomas F.
Hartley, of Kohukohu. at the following prices : Is. 3d. per
100 sup. feet for kauri, and 4d. per 100 sup. feet for rimu,
kahikatea, and matai; £50 to be paid as deposit, and the
purchaser to have the right for six years to remove the
timber."
