Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 2D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Putaruru on Friday, the 29th day of May, 1914, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

"(1.) That a proposed lease of the said land to Thomas Coverdale shall be agreed to.

"(2.) That a proposed lease of part of the said land to Elizabeth Barker be agreed to.

"(3.) That a proposed lease of part of the said land to William McCartney Darley be agreed to.

"(4.) That a proposed lease of part of the said land to Cyril Hector Jordan be agreed to."

Dated at Rotorua this 2nd day of May, 1914.

The Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Morikau No. 1, Ranana, and Ngarakauwhakarara Blocks will be held at Hiruharama on Monday, the 25th day of May, 1914, for the purpose of electing a new Committee of Management under the provisions of section 292 of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder.
