Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1914, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Henry Martindale, of Wellington, for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kakewahine No. 1c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—

“That the said land, containing 10 acres, be sold to George Priest at the price of £141 ; or, in the alternative,

“That the said land be leased to George Priest for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £7 1s. per annum.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Akitio Section 28 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Masterton on Wednesday, the 18th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land, containing 105 acres, be sold to Sydney Claude Humphries at a price to be not less than £5 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukengaki No. 16c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Martinborough on Thursday, the 19th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land, containing 25 acres and 32 perches, be sold to Emily Jury at the price of £6 2s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omahu 2A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land, containing 374 acres 3 roods 7 perches be sold to Elizabeth Blake at a price to be not less than the Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otuarumia A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land, containing 46 acres 1 rood 34 perches, be sold to Carl Fredsberg at the price of £12 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parangarahu No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wellington on Thursday, the 5th day of February, 1914, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land, containing 264 acres 1 rood 14 perches, be leased to Jean Gunn Burdan for a term of twenty-one years at a rental to be not less than 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parangarahu No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wellington on Thursday, the 5th day of February, 1914, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land, containing 348 acres 2 roods 36 perches, be leased to Helena Burdan for a term of twenty-one years at a rental to be not less than 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parangarahu No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wellington on Thursday, the 5th day of February, 1914, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land, containing 540 acres 2 roods 12 perches, be leased to Alice Sarah Burdan for a term of twenty-one years at a rental to be not less than 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation.”
