Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Komiti No. 1A Section 2F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pahi Kaipara on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to James Stewart, of Helensville, for the sum of 18s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakere No. 1B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Friday, the 6th day of March, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That portion of the said land, containing 210 acres more or less, be leased to Arthur George Heighway, of Auckland, Settler, for a term of fifty years at a rental of 2s. 3d. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years and 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value for the remaining twenty-five years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ongarahu A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Friday, the 6th day of March, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to Daniel Lyons and John Lyons for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 12s. per acre per annum.”

“ That the said land be sold to Ernest Alison for the sum of £1 6s. per acre.”
