Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waikare Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
"That the said land be sold to the Crown at the price of the present Government valuation of 10s. per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Karetu H Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Friday, the 27th day of February, 1914, at 1.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
"That the said land be leased to Charles Edward Moses Loydd and Alexander Loydd for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £15 per annum for the first five years, and £20 per annum for the balance of the term."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaitara No. 3B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pahi Kaipara on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 1914, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
"That the said land be sold to George Forester Linnell of Batley, for the sum of £135."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahipara, Section 59, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-
"That the kauri-trees standing and growing on the said land be sold to Thomas Stewart Houston, of Ahipara, for the sum of 2s. 6d. per 100 superficial feet."

"That the said land be sold to Thomas Stewart Houston, of Ahipara, for the sum of £200."
