Land in Southland Land District withdrawn from Lease as a Village-homestead Allotment.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Arthur de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the section of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and is hereby withdrawn from lease as a village-homestead allotment.

SCHEDULE.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 775, Block LXIX, Hokonui Survey District. Area: 8 acres 3 roods 11 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks I and IV, Mount Cerberus Survey District, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessees, licensee, and mortgagees of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Akito County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
