GENERAL.

  1. In the event of any dispute or question arising as to the meaning of these Regulations, or any portion thereof, or as to anything done or alleged to have been done thereunder or contrary thereto, it shall be referred to the Permanent Head.

In pursuance of the provisions of the Public Service Act, 1912, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, approves of the foregoing regulations.
