NOTE. — Separate minimum loads (under one ton weight or
measurement) from, or to, or between different places shall be
paid for as full loads; but this shall not apply to any loads over
one ton weight or measurement, which shall be paid for in pro-
portion—e.g., 2½ cwt. = 1½ loads; 30 cwt. = 1½ loads; 35 cwt. = 1¾ loads.
Where the Storekeeper’s order specifies the weight or measurement
of the material or states the number of loads, such order shall be
the basis of payment under the contract.
