Description of Boundaries.
Commencing at the north-west corner of Section 18, Block IX, Totoro S.D.; thence along the northern boundary of the said section to the Aria Village; thence along the western boundary of the village to the Kie Kie Road; thence in an easterly direction from the Kie Kie Road along the northern boundary of Section 3, Block X, Totoro S.D.; thence by the western boundary of Umukamata 1a No. 2a; thence along the northern boundary of Umukamata part No 1A No. 2b; thence in a south-easterly direct on to the southern boundary of Umukamata No. 2a; thence in a northerly direction along the south-east boundary of the said section to the northern boundary of Umukamata 1a No. 1, all of Block X, Totoro S.D.; thence by the eastern boundaries of the following sections in a southerly direction—Umukamata No. 1A No. 1, Block X, Totoro S.D., Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, of Block II, Aria S.D., Sections 2, 5, 6, Block VI, Aria S.D. thence along the southern boundary of the said Section 6, Block VI, Aria S D., to the Waitawhena Road; thence along the said road to the south-east boundary of Section 8, Block V, Aria S.D.; thence along the southern boundary of Section 8, Block V, Aria S.D., in a westerly direction, following the county boundary to the Mokau River; thence along the Mokau River in a northerly direction to the north-west boundary of Section Mokau-Mohakationo No. 1E; thence along the northern boundary of the said section to the north-east corner; thence by the eastern boundary of the said section to the Pareheka River; thence along the Pareheka River in a north-easterly direction to the south-west corner of Section 11, Block I, Aria S.D.; thence along the western boundaries of the said Sections 11 and 8, Block I, Aria S.D., to the Kumara Road; thence along the Kumara Road to the Potaka Road Junction; thence along the Potaka Road to the south-west corner of Sections 22, 26, 21, of Block IX, Totoro S.D., to the south-west corner of Section 17, Block IX, Totoro S.D.; thence following the southern boundary, the western and northern boundary, of the said Section 17, Block IX, Totoro S.D., to the starting-point.

WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING A SPECIAL RATE AT AN ORDINARY MEETING OF THE WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL HELD ON THE 19TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1914.
IN pursuance of and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1910, and its amendments, and all other Acts in that behalf enabling it, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of six hundred pounds, authorized to be raised by the said Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the following purpose—re-forming, culverting, and metalling the Mangakowhai Road, within the Mangakowhai Special-rating Area—the said Waitomo County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-farthings in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the Mangakowhai Special-rating Area; and that such rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of October during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Description of Boundaries.
Sections 8, 7, 6, 8A, 3A, 5, 4, 1, 2, 3, all of Block IX, Otanake S.D.; Native lands, Kaingapipi No. 4, Kinohaku East 3D No. 2, Kinohaku East 3D No. 1, all of Block IX, Otanake S.D.; half of Section Kinohaku East 3D No. 3, and Section Kinohaku East No. 2 No. 16c, of Blocks V and IX, Otanake.
The seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo was hereunto affixed pursuant to a resolution of the Waitomo County Council in the presence of—

RESOLUTION MAKING A SPECIAL RATE AT AN ORDINARY MEETING OF THE WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL HELD ON 19TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1914.
IN pursuance of and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1910, and its amendments, and all other Acts in that behalf enabling it, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest and sinking fund and other charges on the loan of one thousand two hundred and fifty pounds, authorized to be raised by the said Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the following purpose—re-forming, culverting, and metalling the Ouruwhero Road, within the Ouruwhero Special-rating Area—the said Waitomo County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny and five-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the Ouruwhero Special-rating Area; and that such rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of October during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Description of Boundaries.
Commencing at north-east point of Section 9, Block XIII, Puniu; thence in a southerly direction to the railway-line; thence along the railway-line to the boundary of the Otorohanga Native Township; thence in a westerly direction, following the boundary of the Otorohanga Native Township, to the Waipa River; thence along the Waipa River in a northerly direction to the south-west corner of Section Ouruwhero 3F No. 2; thence along the southern boundary of the said section and the southern boundaries of Sections 23, 13, Native Reserve and Ouruwhero No. 1, all of Block XIII, Puniu, to the starting-point.

Description of Boundaries.
Commencing at the railway-line at the eastern corner of Section Pukenui 2M; thence along a branch railway-line to the Mangaokewa Stream; thence along the said stream in a southerly direction to the south-east corner of Messrs. Gillanders and Weir’s section, known as Rangitoto-Tuhua 68B; thence along the southern boundary of the said section in a westerly direction to the Mokau River; thence along the Mokau River to the south-west corner of the Crown Land Section Pukenui No. 2L; thence along the western boundary of the said section to the southern boundary of Pukenui Section 2P; thence along the southern boundary of Sections Pukenui 2P and 2W to the north-west corner of Pukenui Section 2Z; thence along the western boundary of
