NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at 22 Hobson Street, Wellington, on the 12th November, 1914, the following special resolution was passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting was duly confirmed, viz.:
That as the company had sold the s.s. “Arapawa,” it should go into voluntary liquidation; and that JAMES McINTOSH be appointed Liquidator.
