Land proclaimed as a Road in Block III, Wangapeka Survey District, Nelson Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waimea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre 3 roods 29 perches.
Portion of Section 155, Square 6, Block III, Wangapeka Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.

XXII/171, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TUHUA SURVEY DISTRICT.

Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of a Road through Section 2, Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District, Taranaki Land District.


NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 14 of the Land Act, 1908, that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 18th day of September, 1914, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 4th day of September, 1914.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for a road : 1 rood 16 perches.
Portion of Section 2, Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4305/55, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
