A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners, lessee, and mortgagee of the lands described
in the Schedule hereto, and of the Whangarei County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in
the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:—

0 3 9, portion of Section 80, coloured red.
0 1 32·4 " 82 " purple.
0 3 6·6 " 6 (E.R.) " sienna.

All in Whangarei Parish, Block V, Purua Survey District,
Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XVI/68, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of
the owner of the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto, proclaim as a road the land in Cloudy Bay Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:—
1 acre 2 roods 18 perches, portion of Reserve 119;
coloured pink.
1 acre 3 roods 27 perches, portion of Crown land;
coloured purple.
Situated in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District (Marlborough R.D.).
All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
36760, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

road the land in Otanake Survey District described in the
Schedule hereto.
