I, JAMES ALLEN, Minister of Defence for the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the authority conferred upon me by an Order in Council made on the 10th day of November, 1914, under the War Regulations Act, 1914, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the same day, do hereby appoint the following military officers as military authorities for the purpose of the regulations made by the said Order in Council; and I declare that each of the military authorities so appointed shall exercise jurisdiction and authority as such throughout New Zealand:—
