Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauranga C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pukekohe on Friday, the 4th day of December, 1914, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—

“(1.) That the land be sold to Moeroa Phillips for the amount of the Government valuation.

“(2.) That the land be leased to Moeroa Phillips for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of £5 per centum of the present Government valuation during the first twenty-five years, and £5 per centum of the then unimproved value during the remaining twenty-five years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 60B, Section 3, Parish of Whangape, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Friday, the 4th day of December, 1914, at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Henry Hulbert Metcalfe for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangatuna A is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tolago on Tuesday, the 8th day of December, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Annie Humble Jobson, of Matawhero, spinster, for a term of twenty-five years at a rental of £1 per acre, or at such rental as shall not be less than 5 per cent. on the Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kopuatarakihi 2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tolago on Tuesday, the 8th day of December, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to Nepia Bartlett, of Tolago Bay, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years at a rental equivalent to 5 per centum of the capital value of the land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakaongaonga 2E Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 4th day of December, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said Whakaongaonga 2E Block or any portion thereof be sold to George Henry Lysnar, of Gisborne, at the present capital valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pouawa 5 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 4th day of December, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Ellen Mary Kane, wife of John Harold Kane, of Gisborne, solicitor, at Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pakarae 1C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 4th day of December, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“That the said land be sold to John Biddles, of Tapuae, sheep-farmer, for not less than the Government capital valuation of the said land; or, in the alternative,

“That a lease of the said land be given to John Biddles, of Tapuae, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of not less than 5 per centum per annum of the present valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum per annum of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken. Lease to contain the usual covenants.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pokotakina D is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 4th day of December, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“That the said land be sold to John Biddles, of Pakarae, sheep-farmer, for not less than the Government official valuation of the said land; or, in the alternative,

“That a lease of the said land be given to John Biddles, of Tapuae, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum per annum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of renewal not being taken. Lease to contain the usual covenants.”
