whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient
to vest the said reserve in the Waikato Agricultural and
Pastoral Association :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and
after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Waikato
Agricultural and Pastoral Association, in trust, for the
purposes of the said Association.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
48 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Allotment 181, Taupiri
Parish. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 180,
Taupiri Parish, 2296·2 links; towards the south-east by
Allotment 179 of the aforesaid parish and by a public road,
1510, 1233·3, and 1383 links; and towards the north-west
by a public road, 2477·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 52283/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day
of November, 1914.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been permanently reserved as a site for a
roadman’s cottage: And whereas, in the opinion of the
Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the
Corporation of the Clifton County :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and
after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Corporation
of the Clifton County, in trust, as a site for a roadman’s
cottage.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by
admeasurement 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being
Section 35, Tarata Village. Bounded towards the north-
west by Section 33, Tarata Village, 190·5 links; towards the
north-east by Section 36, Tarata Village, 284·6 links; to-
wards the south-east by Junction Road, 209·4 links; and
towards the south-west by Ngatimaru Terrace, 371·5 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5429/3, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Board :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and
after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Kawakawa
Town Board, in trust, as a site for an abattoir.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District containing
2 roods, more or less, being Allotments 21 and 22 of Section
V, Village of Waiomio, Block XII, Kawakawa Survey
District. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 15
of the Suburbs of Waiomio, 200 links; towards the south-
east by Allotment 23 of Section V, Village of Waiomio,
250 links; towards the south-west by the Great North
Road, 200 links; and towards the north-west by Allot-
ment 20 of Section V aforesaid, 250 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. and S. XXII/344, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red. (Auckland Plan 1650, blue.)

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart for a site for a public
library: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Corporation of the
City of Christchurch :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him
by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Corporation of the City of
Christchurch, in trust, as a site for a public library.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by
admeasurement 21 perches, more or less, being Reserve 3955
(in red), (formerly part of Reserve 3894), situated in the City
of Christchurch (Sydenham Ward), and being a rectangular
piece of land having a frontage of 87·7 links to Lincoln Road,
and bounded on the north-west by Lincoln Road, on the
north-east (149·57 links), and south-east by other parts of
Reserve 3894, and on the south-west by Reserve 3788; be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is de-
lineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20424/82, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wel-
ington, and thereon bordered red.

Opening Lands in Hawke’s Bay Land District for Sale or
Selection.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur
William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of
the Dominion of New Zealand, having received the report of
the Under-Secretary in this behalf, as provided by section one
hundred and fifty-four of the said Act, do hereby declare
that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be
open for sale or selection on Wednesday, the sixth day
of January, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen; and
also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at
the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be
selected for occupation with right of purchase, or on renew-
able lease; and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the
said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased, as mentioned in
the said Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said lands
shall be sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the
provisions of the Land Act, 1908.
