Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IV, Wataroa Survey District, Westland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the licensee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Westland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 4 perches.

Portion of Section 2249, Block IV, Wataroa Survey District.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XVI/62, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the Westland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the land described in the Schedule hereto is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 33 perches.

Portion of Reserve 213, Block VII, Otira Survey District.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XVI/61, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
