Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6L, Section 2B No. 4, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Teko on Wednesday, the 18th day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”

“ That a proposed alienation by way of lease to William Frederick Mundt shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of part of the said land by way of sale to Benjamin Buxton Senior shall be agreed to.”
