REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihou Lower A 41 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Thursday, the 12th of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Frank Duthie for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A 13 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Thursday, the 12th day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ To lease the said land to Eunus Warmington, of Kohukohu, for a term of fifty years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum for first twenty-five years, and 2s. per acre per annum for next twenty-five years.”

“ That the said land be sold to Kaka Porowini for the sum of £1 per acre.”
