SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Ellerslie Town District, known as Railway Street, commencing at its junction with Eden Street and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction adjoining Allotments 545 and 544, part of Lot 7 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and terminating at the south-western corner of the said Allotment 544, being a distance of 5 chains 49 links, more or less.

Also all that portion of road in the said land and town districts known as Albert Street, commencing at its junction with Queen Street, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction adjoining Subdivision 1 of Allotment 542, part of Lot 7 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and terminating at the north-eastern boundary of the Auckland-Waikato Railway line, being a distance of 1 chain 67 links, more or less.

As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35630, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Street in the Township of Linden, City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.


LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, 1914.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where the local authority having control of any road or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor in Council:

And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is provided that such approval may be either absolute or subject to such conditions with respect to the building-line as the Governor, by Order in Council, thinks fit to impose:

And whereas the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the street described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said street:

And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution in so far as it affects the said street described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that street in the City of Dunedin, Otago Land District, commencing at its junction with Font Street, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly and then north-westerly direction adjoining Lot 1 of Allotment 74, Township of Linden, and terminating at its junction with Mardale Street, being a distance of 2ΒΎ chains, more or less; as the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 34060, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured yellow.

Vesting a Reserve in the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts.


LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, 1914.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved as a site for Town Board offices: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts, being the local authority constituted for the Town of Rotorua by the Rotorua Town Act, 1907:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts, as the local authority for the Town of Rotorua, in trust, as a site for Town Board offices.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section 8, Block XXIII, Town of Rotorua. Bounded towards the north by Section 3, Block XXIII, Town of Rotorua, 125 links; towards the east by Section 9 of said block, 200 links; towards the south by Haupapa Street, 125 links; and towards the west by Section 7, Block XXIII aforesaid, 200 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1546, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
