Election of Members of the Public Service Superannuation Board.

THE following persons have been duly nominated as candidates for the election of two members of the Public Service Superannuation Board, to represent the contributors belonging to the Post and Telegraph Department:—
COMBS, HARRY ERNEST, Clerk, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington.
HUGGINS, HERBERT AUGUSTUS ROBERT, Chief Accountant, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington.
As the number of persons nominated does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, I hereby declare Messrs. H. E. Combs and H. A. R. Huggins to be duly elected.

IT is hereby notified for public information that the Hon. the Minister of Customs has decided to interpret the Customs Duties Act in relation to the undermentioned articles as follows:—
NOTE.—“Not otherwise enumerated” appears as n.o.e.; “other kinds” as o.k.; “articles and materials suited only for, and to be used solely in, the fabrication of goods in the Dominion” as a. & m.s. Articles marked thus † are revised decisions.
